Nutrition and training programmes for players to retain their fitness level

Since players are facing longer periods without team training, we wanted to help players retain their fitness level as best they can. In collaboration with physical trainer Mr Greg Degabriele and sports nutritionist Dr Dorianne Caruana Bonnici, we will be publishing regular nutrition and training programs for players to use as guidelines.

Greg will be providing us with 40 minute home workouts, consisting of full-body exercises. Using strength and conditioning, as well as, core and injury prevention as pillars for these keep fit movements.

Dorianne will be providing us with sample nutritional plans aimed at sustaining moderately active football players.

Whilst we thank these two professionals for giving us a helping hand, we encourage players to follow these programs and to stay fit and healthy.
